- Training times and schedule may change depending on sea conditions.
Tour Information
- The AOW license course is also available for solo participants.
- Eligible age range is from 12 to 55 years old (for 2026: born between 1971 and 2013).
If a participant's age is confirmed on-site to be ineligible, the tour will be automatically canceled for that day, and no refund will be given for the deposit or tour fee, so please be sure to check the age requirement before booking
- If false information is provided on the medical check form during booking, the tour will be automatically canceled on the day, and no refund will be given for the deposit or tour fee.
- Even in bad weather or rain, as long as the waves aren't too high (the sea conditions are good), the tour will proceed without any issues. Please note that if you cancel on the day due to rain or fail to show up, the deposit will not be refunded.
- In case of severe weather such as earthquakes, tsunamis, or typhoons, free cancellation is available, and the deposit will also be refunded.
- Boarding a flight is strictly prohibited within at least 18 hours after finishing the scuba diving tour and coming out of the water. Any accidents resulting from false information provided by the participant are the sole responsibility of the individual. No refund will be given for the deposit or tour fee in such cases.

- All those who obtain their certification with OKINITY will receive a 10% discount on their total tour cost upon revisiting.(Only applicable to the certificate holder themselves)
Policies
Refund Policy
- Cancellations by OKINITY (due to sea conditions, bad weather, or safety reasons, etc.) will result in a 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations due to customer's personal reasons or change of mind
- 7 days before the tour100% refund of deposit
- 3-6 days before the tour50% refund of deposit
- 2 days before the tour to same-day cancellation: No refund of deposit
- All refunds are processed on business days.
Non-refundable and Penalty Fee Information
- 1If the health checklist was not properly confirmed during the reservation process, or if a violation is concealed, the individual will not be allowed to participate in the tour, and 100% of the same-day tour fee will be charged as a penalty. Please be sure to confirm this for a safe tour.
- 2If you fail to arrive at the pickup or meeting time, it will be treated as a no-show, and in this case, the deposit will not be refunded.
- 3If it is determined that the tour cannot proceed on the day due to excessive drinking the night before or inability to maintain proper physical condition, the tour will be immediately stopped, and the full tour cost will be charged or non-refundable.
- 4If a participant threatens, verbally abuses, or physically assaults another accompanying group or guests from another shop sharing the tour, the tour will be stopped immediately, and no refund will be given for the tour cost.
- 5If equipment rented from OKINITY is lost or damaged, the participant must compensate for the equipment (charged at the price of a brand-new item).
