Tour Information
- The trial diving tour is ¥13,000 per person when joining with 2 or more people; an additional ¥3,000 is added for solo participation.
- The eligible age range is from 10 to 55 years old (as of 2026, born between 2015 and 1971).
If your age is verified on-site and you are found ineligible to participate, the tour for that day will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be given for the deposit or tour fee, so please make sure to check the age requirement before booking
- If you are more than about 15 minutes late from the meeting time, the tour will proceed without waiting in order not to disrupt other groups' schedules, and your reservation for that time will automatically be treated as a no-show and canceled. (Deposit is non-refundable, and moving to another time slot may not be possible.)
- If you provide false information on the medical check form at the time of booking, the tour will be automatically canceled on the day, and no refund will be given for the deposit or tour fee.
- Even in bad weather or rain, as long as the waves are not too high (the ocean condition is good), the tour will proceed with no issues. Please note that if you cancel or no-show on the day due to rain, the deposit is non-refundable.
- In the case of severe weather such as earthquakes, tsunamis, or typhoons, free cancellation is possible, and in this case, the deposit will also be refunded.
- Boarding a flight within at least 18 hours after coming out of the water at the end of the scuba diving tour is strictly prohibited. Any personal injury resulting from false information provided by the customer is the customer's own responsibility. In such cases, the deposit and tour fee are non-refundable.
Notice on Tour Location Changes
There may be days when access to the Blue Cave tour location is not possible depending on ocean conditions (high waves may increase the risk of accidents).
On such days, the tour will be conducted at a nearby safe beach point, and please note that cancellations or changes due to the location change are not accepted.
About Photography
OKINITY provides 10 basic underwater photos free of charge for each tour. These free photos will be sent to you in original form immediately after the tour ends.
For those who purchase the Premium Photo Service,
we provide unlimited high-quality underwater photos and high-quality video footage, edited and color-corrected, delivered within a maximum of 2 days after the tour ends.

Policies
Safety Management Information
Participants aged 55 or older (born in 1971 or earlier, as of 2026) will have their blood pressure measured and complete an additional medical check sheet at the meeting point on the day of the tour.
For participants with a high BMI or larger build, we may request a basic health check, including blood pressure measurement, before the tour for safety reasons.
If blood pressure readings exceed 130mmHg in two consecutive measurements, participation in the tour will be restricted for safety reasons. In this case, it will be considered as false information on the pre-tour medical check and a same-day cancellation, making a refund difficult.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations by OKINITY (due to ocean conditions, bad weather, or other safety reasons) will result in a 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations due to customer's change of mind or personal reasons:
- 7 days before the tour100% refund of deposit
- 3–6 days before the tour50% refund of deposit
- 2 days before the tour through same-day cancellation: deposit non-refundable
- All refunds are processed on business days.
Non-Refundable Cases and Penalty Fee Information
- 1If you did not check the health checklist at the time of booking, or if you hide a disqualifying condition, that person will not be able to participate in the tour, and 100% of the day's tour fee will be charged as a penalty. Please be sure to check this carefully for a safe tour.
- 2If you fail to arrive at the pickup or meeting time, you will be treated as a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded in this case.
- 3If it is determined that you cannot proceed with the tour due to excessive drinking the night before or being unable to manage your condition, the tour will be stopped immediately, and the full tour fee will be charged or non-refundable.
- 4If you threaten, verbally abuse, or physically assault other accompanying groups or guests from other shops sharing the boat, the tour will be stopped immediately, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- 5If you lose or damage equipment rented from OKINITY, you will be required to compensate for the equipment (charged at the price of a brand-new item).
