Tour Information
- The snorkeling tour is ¥6,000 per person when joining with 2 or more people, with an additional +¥3,000 for solo participation.
- The eligible age range is from age 5 to age 58 (as of 2026, born between 2020 and 1968).
If age verification on-site shows a participant is ineligible, that day's tour will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be given for the deposit or full tour fee, so please make sure to check age eligibility before booking
- For snorkeling, other groups may join all tours except private tours. Please be extra careful not to be late for the meeting time.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late from the meeting time, the tour will start without waiting, in order to avoid disrupting other groups' tours, and that time slot will be automatically treated as a no-show and canceled. (Deposit is non-refundable, and switching to another time slot may not be possible.)
- If you falsify the medical check form filled out at the time of booking, that day's tour will be automatically canceled, and no refund will be given for the deposit or full tour fee.
- Even in bad weather or rain, the tour will proceed without issue as long as the waves are not high (i.e., the sea conditions are good). Please note that canceling on the day of the tour due to rain, or not showing up, will not be eligible for any deposit refund.
- In cases of severe weather such as earthquakes, tsunamis, or typhoons, free cancellation is available, and in these cases the deposit will also be refunded.
Tour Location Change Notice
Depending on sea conditions, the Blue Cave tour location may be inaccessible on certain days.
(This is because high waves can create a risk of accidents.)
On such days, the tour will be conducted at a nearby safe beach point instead, and please note that tour cancellations or changes due to location changes are not accepted.
About Photography
OKINITY provides 10 basic underwater photos free of charge for each tour. These free photos are sent to you in original form immediately after the tour ends.
For those who purchase the Premium Photo Service,
we provide unlimited high-quality underwater photos and high-quality video footage, after color correction and editing, sent within a maximum of 2 days after the tour ends.

Policies
Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made by OKINITY (for safety reasons such as sea or weather conditions) receive a full 100% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations for personal reasons
- 7 days before the tour100% of the deposit refunded

- All refunds are processed on a business-day basis.
Non-refundable cases and penalties
- 1If you did not review the health checklist when booking, or hid a condition that applies to you, you will not be able to join the tour and 100% of that day’s tour fee will be charged as a penalty. Please be sure to review it for a safe tour.
- 2If you do not arrive by the pickup or meeting time, it is treated as a no-show and the deposit is not refunded.
- 3If heavy drinking the night before or poor condition makes it unsafe to proceed on the day, the tour will be stopped immediately and the full tour fee will be charged or will not be refunded.
- 4If you threaten, verbally abuse or assault guests of another team or another shop on board, the tour will be stopped immediately and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- 5If you lose or damage equipment rented from OKINITY, you will be asked to compensate for it (charged at the price of a new item).
Health & Safety Notice
Participants aged 55 and older (born in or before 1971, as of 2026) will have their blood pressure measured and complete an additional medical check sheet at the meeting point on the day of the tour.
Participants with a high BMI or a larger build may be asked to complete a basic health check, such as a blood pressure measurement, before the tour for safety reasons.
If blood pressure exceeds 130 mmHg on two consecutive readings, participation in the tour will be restricted for safety reasons. In this case, it is treated as a falsified pre-tour medical questionnaire and a same-day cancellation, and no refund can be given.
