Tour Information
- The eligible age range is from 10 to 55 years old (as of 2026, born between 2015 and 1971).
If age verification on-site reveals ineligibility, the tour will be automatically canceled and no refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given, so please be sure to check age eligibility before booking
- If you are more than 15 minutes late from the meeting time, the boat will depart without waiting, as this would disrupt the schedule and departure of other teams' tours. The tour for that time will automatically be treated as a no-show and canceled (no deposit refund, and no other tour available that day.)
- If you falsify the medical check form filled out at the time of booking, the tour will be automatically canceled on the day, and no refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given.
- Even in bad weather or rain, as long as the waves are not high (the sea conditions are good), the tour will proceed without any issues. Please note that if you cancel or no-show on the day due to rain, the deposit is non-refundable.
- In case of severe weather such as earthquakes, tsunamis, or typhoons, free cancellation is available, and in this case the deposit will also be refunded.
- Boarding a flight within at least 18 hours after finishing the scuba diving tour and coming out of the water is strictly prohibited. Any accidents resulting from false statements are the sole responsibility of the individual. No refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given in such cases.

On the day of the tour, we review the sea conditions and currents, and after departure, we consult with the captain to guide you to the best dive point.
About Photography
OKINITY provides 10 basic underwater photos free of charge per tour. The free photos are sent in original quality immediately after the tour ends.
For those who purchase the Premium Photo Service,
we provide unlimited high-quality underwater photos and high-quality video footage, edited and retouched, delivered within a maximum of 2 days after the tour ends.
If you wish to purchase the Premium Photo Service, please let your instructor know before the tour begins.

We send unlimited high-quality underwater photos and high-quality video footage, retouched and edited, to you via email or messenger.
A special opportunity to keep unforgettable, incomparable photos and vivid high-quality videos of that moment for a lifetime!
There is no limit on the number of people, and it costs +¥3,000 per group. Applications are accepted on-site up until right before the tour.
Those who purchase the Premium Photo Service will receive one handmade souvenir gift (limited quantity).
Policies
Safety Management Information
Participants aged 55 and older (born in 1971 or earlier, as of 2026) will have their blood pressure measured and complete an additional medical check sheet at the meeting place on the day of the tour.
Participants with a high BMI or larger body size may be asked to undergo basic health checks, such as blood pressure measurement, before the tour for safety reasons.
If blood pressure readings exceed 130mmHg on two consecutive measurements, participation in the tour will be restricted for safety reasons. In this case, it will be considered as falsifying the medical check form and canceling on the day, making a refund difficult.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations by OKINITY (due to sea conditions, bad weather, or safety reasons, etc.) will result in a 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations due to customer's change of mind or personal reasons
- 7 days before the tour100% deposit refund
- 3~6 days before the tour50% deposit refund
- 2 days before the tour to same-day cancellation: no deposit refund
- All refunds are processed on business days.
Non-refundable and Penalty Compensation Information
- 1If you fail to check or conceal any violations in the health checklist at the time of booking, the person concerned will not be allowed to participate in the tour, and 100% of the same-day tour fee will be charged as a penalty. Please be sure to check this carefully for a safe tour.
- 2If you fail to arrive at the pickup or meeting time, it will be treated as a no-show, and in this case the deposit will not be refunded.
- 3If it is determined that the tour cannot proceed on the day due to excessive drinking the night before or inability to manage your condition, the tour will be stopped immediately, and the full tour fee will be charged or non-refundable.
- 4If you threaten, verbally abuse, or physically assault another accompanying team or a guest from another shop sharing the boat, the tour will be stopped immediately and the tour fee will not be refunded.
- 5If you lose or damage equipment rented from OKINITY, you will be required to compensate for the equipment (charged at the price of a brand-new item).
