(As of 2026: born between 2015 and 1971.) !If the on-site age check shows you do not meet the age requirement, your tour will be automatically cancelled that day, and no refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given — please be sure to confirm age eligibility before booking! *If you arrive more than about 15 minutes after the meeting time, the boat will depart without you so as not to disrupt other groups' tours and the departure schedule, and your booking will automatically be treated as a no-show and cancelled. (The deposit is non-refundable, and no other tour can be arranged that day.) *Providing false information on the medical questionnaire completed at booking will result in automatic same-day cancellation of your tour, with no refund of the deposit or tour fee. *Even in poor weather or rain, the tour runs with no problem at all as long as the waves are not high (sea conditions are good). Please note that if you cancel on the day or no-show because of rain, no part of the deposit will be refunded. *In the event of severe conditions such as earthquakes, tsunamis, or typhoons, you may cancel free of charge, and your deposit will be fully refunded. *Boarding a flight within at least 18 hours of surfacing at the end of your scuba diving tour is strictly prohibited. All accidents or injuries resulting from falsified information are solely the participant's responsibility, and no refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given. ★About Dive Sites★ On the day of the tour, we assess sea conditions, currents, and other factors, then confer with the captain after departure to guide you to the best possible site. ★About Photography★ OKINITY provides 10 standard underwater photos free of charge with every tour. Free photos are sent as original files immediately after the tour. For guests who purchase the Premium Photo Service, we deliver an unlimited number of high-resolution underwater photos and high-resolution video footage, retouched and edited, within 2 days of the tour. If you would like the Premium Photo Service, please let your instructor know any time before the tour begins. ★Premium Photo Service★ An unlimited number of high-resolution underwater photos and high-resolution video footage, retouched and edited, then delivered to you by email or messenger. (Limited quantity.) ★Health & Safety Notice★ Participants aged 55 and older (born in or before 1971, as of 2026) will have their blood pressure measured and complete an additional medical check sheet at the meeting point on the day of the tour. Participants with a high BMI or a larger build may be asked to complete a basic health check, such as a blood pressure measurement, before the tour for safety reasons. If blood pressure exceeds 130 mmHg on two consecutive readings, participation in the tour will be restricted for safety reasons. In this case, it is treated as a falsified pre-tour medical questionnaire and a same-day cancellation, and no refund can be given.
