The basic tour flow is as follows:

The half-day tour takes place in the Chibishi Islands.
The full-day tour takes place in the Chibishi~Kerama area, depending on sea conditions.

Tour Information
- Solo participation is not available for the Kerama tour.
- The eligible age range is from Age 10 to Age 55 (as of 2026, born between 2015 and 1971).
If age verification on-site shows a participant does not meet the requirements, the tour for that day will be automatically canceled, and no refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given. Please be sure to check the age requirement before booking
- If you arrive more than about 15 minutes late from the gathering time, it will disrupt the schedule and departure for other teams, so the boat will depart without waiting. The tour for that time will automatically be treated as a no-show and canceled (no refund of deposit, and no other tour available that day).
- If you provide false information on the medical check form at the time of booking, the tour will automatically be canceled on the day, and no refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given.
- Even in bad weather or rain, as long as the waves are not high (the sea conditions are good), the tour will proceed without any issues. Please note that if you cancel or no-show on the day due to rain, the deposit will not be refunded.
- In the case of severe weather such as earthquakes, tsunamis, or typhoons, free cancellation is possible, and in this case, the deposit will also be refunded.
- Flying is strictly prohibited within at least 18 hours from the time you exit the water after the scuba diving tour ends. Any accidents resulting from false information provided by the participant are the participant's own responsibility. No refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given in such cases.

On the day of the tour, after departure, we review the sea conditions and currents and consult with the captain to guide you to the best point.
About Photography
OKINITY provides 10 basic underwater photos for free with each tour. Free photos are sent to you in original format immediately after the tour ends.
For those who purchase the Premium Photo Service, we provide unlimited high-quality underwater photos and high-quality video footage, edited and color-corrected, delivered within 2 days after the tour ends.

Regardless of group size, it's +¥3,000 per group, and applications are accepted on-site up until right before the tour.

Policies
Safety Management Information
Participants aged 55 and older (born in 1971 or earlier, as of 2026) will have their blood pressure measured and complete an additional medical check sheet at the meeting location on the day of the tour.
For participants with a high BMI or larger body size, we may request a basic health check, such as blood pressure measurement, before the tour for safety reasons.
If blood pressure readings exceed 130mmHg in two consecutive measurements, participation in the tour will be restricted for safety reasons. In this case, it will be considered as providing false information on the medical check form and canceling on the day, making a refund difficult.
Refund Policy
- Cancellations by OKINITY (due to sea conditions, bad weather, safety reasons, etc.) will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations due to customer's change of mind or personal reasons:
- 7 days before the tour100% refund of deposit
- 3~6 days before the tour50% refund of deposit
- 2 days before the tour to same-day cancellation: No refund of deposit
- All refunds are processed on business days.
No Refund and Penalty Compensation Information
- 1If you did not check the health checklist at the time of booking, or if you hide a violation, that participant will not be able to join the tour, and 100% of the day's tour fee will be charged as a penalty. Please be sure to check this for a safe tour.
- 2If you fail to arrive at the pickup or gathering time, it will be treated as a no-show, and the deposit will not be refunded in this case.
- 3If it is determined that you cannot proceed with the tour on the day due to excessive drinking the night before or being unable to manage your condition, the tour will be stopped immediately, and the full tour fee will be charged or no refund of the tour fee will be given.
- 4If you threaten, verbally abuse, or physically assault other accompanying teams or guests from other shops sharing the boat, the tour will be stopped immediately, and no refund of the tour fee will be given.
- 5If you lose or damage equipment rented from OKINITY, you will be required to compensate for the equipment (charged at the price of a new item).
