- Training times and schedule may change depending on sea conditions.
Tour Information
- The Open Water license course is also available for solo participation.
- The eligible age range is from 10 to 55 years old (as of 2026, born between 2015 and 1971).
If age verification on-site shows a participant is not eligible, the tour will be automatically canceled for that day, and no refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given, so please make sure to check your age before booking
- If you provide false information on the medical check form at the time of booking, the tour will be automatically canceled on the day, and no refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given.
- Even if the weather is bad or it's raining, as long as the waves are not high (the sea condition is good), the tour will proceed without any issues. Please note that if you cancel on the day due to rain or fail to show up (no-show), the deposit will not be refunded.
- In case of severe weather such as earthquakes, tsunamis, or typhoons, free cancellation is possible, and in this case the deposit will also be refunded.
- Boarding a flight within at least 18 hours after finishing a scuba diving tour and coming out of the water is strictly prohibited. Any accidents resulting from false information provided are the responsibility of the individual. No refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given.
OKINITY Trainee Benefits
- Anyone who obtains a certification at OKINITY will receive a 10% discount on the total tour cost upon revisiting. (Only available to the certificate holder themselves)
Policies
Refund Policy
- Cancellations by OKINITY (due to sea conditions or bad weather for safety reasons, etc.) will be refunded 100% of the deposit.
- Cancellations due to customer's change of mind or personal reasons
- 7 days before the tour100% refund of deposit
- 3-6 days before the tour50% refund of deposit
- 2 days before the tour to same-day cancellation: No refund of deposit
- All refunds are processed on business days.
No-Refund and Penalty Fee Information
- 1If you did not check the health checklist at the time of booking, or if you hide a violation despite having one, that person will not be able to participate in the tour, and 100% of the same-day tour fee will be charged as a penalty. Please be sure to check this for a safe tour.
- 2If you fail to arrive at the pickup or meeting time, it will be treated as a no-show, and in this case the deposit will not be refunded.
- 3If it is determined that the tour cannot proceed on the day due to excessive drinking the night before the tour or an inability to manage your physical condition, the tour will be stopped immediately, and the full tour cost will be charged or no refund will be given.
- 4If you threaten, verbally abuse, or physically assault other accompanying teams or guests from other shops sharing the tour, the tour will be stopped immediately, and no refund will be given.
- 5If you lose or damage equipment rented from OKINITY, you must compensate for the equipment (charged at the cost of a new product).
