Tour Information
- This consecutive-day certification course is also available for solo participants.
- The eligible age range is from 12 to 55 years old (as of 2026, born between 2013 and 1971).
If your age is confirmed on-site as ineligible, the tour will be automatically cancelled that day, and no refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given, so please double-check the age requirement before booking
- If you provide false information on the medical check form at the time of booking, the tour will be automatically cancelled that day, and no refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given.
- Even in poor weather or rain, as long as the waves aren't too high (good sea conditions), the tour will proceed without any issues. If you cancel on the day due to rain or fail to show up, no refund of the deposit will be given, so please be aware.
- In the case of severe weather such as earthquakes, tsunamis, or typhoons, free cancellation is available, and in this case the deposit will also be refunded.
- You are strictly prohibited from boarding a flight within at least 18 hours after finishing the scuba diving tour and coming out of the water. Any accidents resulting from false information provided are the sole responsibility of the individual. No refund of the deposit or tour fee will be given.
OKINITY Trainee Benefits
- Anyone who earns a certification with OKINITY will receive a 10% discount on the total tour cost on their next visit (applicable only to the certificate holder themselves).
Policies
Refund Policy
- Cancellations made by OKINITY (due to sea conditions, bad weather, or safety reasons, etc.) will receive a 100% refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations due to customer's change of mind or personal circumstances:
- 7 days before the tour100% refund of deposit
- 3-6 days before the tour50% refund of deposit
- 2 days before the tour through same-day cancellation: no refund of deposit
- All refunds are processed on business days.
Non-Refundable and Penalty Fee Information
- 1If you fail to complete the health checklist at the time of booking, or hide any disqualifying conditions, that participant will be unable to join the tour, and 100% of the day's tour fee will be charged as a penalty. Please be sure to check this carefully for a safe tour experience.
- 2If you fail to arrive at the pickup or meeting time, it will be treated as a no-show, and in this case the deposit will not be refunded.
- 3If it is determined that the tour cannot proceed that day due to excessive drinking the night before or an inability to manage your condition, the tour will be stopped immediately, and the full tour fee will be charged or will not be refunded.
- 4If you threaten, verbally abuse, or physically assault other accompanying groups or guests from other shops sharing the tour, the tour will be stopped immediately, and no refund of the tour fee will be given.
- 5If you lose or damage equipment rented from OKINITY, you will be required to compensate for that equipment (charged at brand-new product cost).
